Description:
Managing change in organizations has long been a focus of the
Weatherhead School’s Department of Organizational Behavior. This
project assists members of the Weatherhead community and the public at
large in their change leadership efforts.
The web site provides opportunities for participation in discussion of
current issues related to the management of organizational change, highlights
what the school has to offer on the topic of human change, and points
users towards a variety of additional resources that could be used either
alone or with the assistance of Weatherhead faculty and programs.
