Description:
Since the late 1990's, the Weatherhead Syllabus Server has been
a popular service for Weatherhead students because it is a "one-stop"
site to access course information. Faculty are encouraged to post their
syllabi in time for early registration so students can get an idea of
course organization, pacing and content, information about textbooks,
cases, course materials, etc.
Now, we propose offering instructors the opportunity to create and post
a supplemental audio or video clip in which they could "introduce"
themselves and their course. We hope this might encourage students to
"shop around" for courses on-line and perhaps consider enrolling
in a course they may not have otherwise considered. |
